EZStream™ TV Box is a compact consumer electronic media receiver designed for video and audio playback via standard HDMI ports. Performance, including streaming resolution and speed, is subject to local internet connectivity and external broadcasting providers. Langley Retail is not a content broadcaster and does not host or transmit media streams directly.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any package tier without prior liability. All payments are processed securely through certified third-party merchant billing gateways.

4. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less S&H)

We provide a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on the purchase price of the hardware. If you are unsatisfied, you must contact customer service at support@langleyretail.com within 60 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned products must be received in undamaged, original condition with all accessories. Refunds apply to the merchandise purchase price, less original and return shipping/handling fees.

5. Shipping & Logistics

Orders are dispatched from domestic distribution facilities via verified carriers (UPS Ground or USPS). Shipping times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier capacity. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
